HOW TO USE THIS KIT

Before starting to use this kit,cleanse the crystals in the kit with the Palo Santo (brown wood) stick.This will ensure that your crystals don't carry any negative energy from anyone else that has handled your crystals.

A)USE THE PALO SANTO TO CLEANSE YOUR CRYSTALS

1.Place your crystals in a flameproof bowl.

2.Ignite your Palo Santo stick allowing it to burn for 30 - 60 seconds then blow out. 

2.Gently waving the stick over your crystals for a minute or so.

3.When finished take your crystals out of the bowl and leave the Palo Santo in the bowl - the glow will end on its own.

4.Your crystals are now ready to be placed around your home as per the instructions below.

HOW TO SMUDGE YOUR HOME WITH SAGE

2.Light your sage stick over a flameproof bowl. Grab the sage as far from the end you are burning as possible. Hold the sage at a 45-degree angle, light it and let it burn for about 20 seconds and then lightly blow on the flame until it goes out. The sage will then smoke gently like incense.
