Shipping Information

Within Australia

  • GemRox ship all orders using Australia Post from our Sydney studio.
  • We use the Australia Post costings for our postage costs.

Order processing times

  • We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.
  • A tracking number will be provided to you via email, once we have packed and physically taken the parcel to Australia Post.
  • If you haven't received a tracking confirmation from us,please check your spam folder and if it's still not there, contact us at info@gemrox.com.au
  • It can take up to 24 hours to become active and traceable via Australia Post.
  • You can track the progress of your order here
  • Delivery timings are subject to Australia Post.
  • Please notify us if your goods are not delivered within the estimated time frame.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

  • In the unlikely scenario that your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post here with your tracking number. However if you need any extra help ,please reach out to us at info@gemrox.com.au

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we no longer ship internationally, however we may do so again in the near future.

Breakages during transit:

  • All crystals are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection and a lot of care is taken to ensure they arrive safely from our end.
  • Occasionally breakages may occur during transit. If that is the case, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us a photo along with your details to info@gemrox.com.au
  • Depending on each case, as per the rules from Australia Post, you may need to take the whole package (boxes, bubble wrap and items) to your nearest Australia Post office so that they can assess the breakage and offer compensation if they deem to be at fault. If they assess it to be GemRox's fault, we will offer you a refund or resend the item to you.
  • Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can guide you on the best course of action.
