A.CLEANSING YOUR CRYSTALS

Note:Crystals are cleansed at Gemrox with Sage prior to delivery to you,however it would still be worthwhile to start fresh with your own energy and intentions.

HOW TO CLEANSE YOUR CRYSTALS

There are many ways to cleanse your crystals however, the following methods are pretty safe for most crystals.

• Put them on a windowsill during a full moon to cleanse and recharge overnight.
• Smudge them with a sage or palo santo stick. Use the smoke from the stick to hover over your crystals for 30 seconds.
• Use a cleansing crystal. For example, you can lay your crystals on a selenite plate or bowl overnight and the selenite will cleanse the energy of the other crystals.

Cleanse your crystals once a month or whenever someone else touches your crystals or when you want yo set a new intention.

B. SETTING YOUR INTENTIONS

Each day sit and hold your crystals in your hands and feel the healing energies of the crystals.

Set your intentions with your crystal or crystals and let them know exactly what it is you need them to help you with.
